How it works

 

STEP 1: Site Measurement

I come out to your site to gather measurements of all important elements on your property.

1-4 hours

STEP 2: Base Map

I translate your site measurements into an accurate, to-scale base map using industry drafting software.


2-5 hours

 

Mapping rate = $65/hour

 

STEP 3: Concept Design (optional)

I create plan view or elevation view representations of your design ideas.

4+ hours

I’m willing to travel within 2 hours of Berkeley, CA depending on number of desired work hours.
